Please complete all paperwork and your insurance must be verified before your first session. That session will be spent getting to know you and determining if we are a good fit.
My Approach
I am eclectic in a world where the word “eclectic” is frowned on. I am diverse and have a wide array of experiences to draw from for providing the unique support and guidance that individual clients need. I believe in inner child work along with changing our mental programming, self-talk, and beliefs that were ingrained before we can even remember. I utilize techniques from the psychodynamic field, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psycho-educational approaches because I believe the more you know about how your brain and mental health work, the better you can help yourself to heal and change, and also throw in some creativity along the way. I think there is power in words so I’m often suggesting client’s write letters to themselves or others for therapeutic use only. I absolutely will talk to you about journaling and gratitude, self-care, and being kind to yourself!
